Arizona Latino Media Association, in partnership with the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication, presents its 15th annual high school journalism multimedia workshop on March 2, 2012.

The daylong workshop is open to Arizona high school students who seek careers in the journalism and professional  media fields. Workshop attendees cover “live’ stories and write on deadline for money prizes and a chance to win a media equipment bundle for their schools. Teachers receive new media training as well during the workshop.

Local media professionals are needed as volunteers as ALMA and the Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication present this exciting event. Contact ALMA by email: azlatinomedia@gmail.com
